Payment Options

We accept all mayor credit cards and offer an email invoicing option. Call for payment options on large orders or customized training programs.

Pricing

InterAction Training Systems, Inc. accepts payment in US Dollars and reserves the right to change prices without notice. Tax will be applied as per government regulations. Physical goods are only shipped within the United States.

Delivery and Delivery Time

Physical products, such as training manuals and CD-ROMs typically ship within 1-3 business days from when your order is received.  If there are any delays due to stock availability, InterAction Training Systems, Inc. will notify you and you may choose to change or cancel your order.

Online courses and on-demand webinars are available after your purchase is approved from “Online Content” in the top menu on the website. Access may be time-limited and the material will become unavailable after the stated access period.

Membership benefits are activated as soon as your membership purchase is confirmed.

For online assessments, a personal access code to complete the assessment will be sent to the emailaddress used to place the order within 1-2 business days.

Free items are available immediately after checkout from “My Downloads” in the top menu on the website and never expire. Free items are never shipped.

Return and Cancellation Policy

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact us for a replacement, refund or other mutually agreeable solution.

Membership plans, both individual and corporate, are non-refundable. We reserve the right to decide on a case-by-case basis to transfer individual memberships plans from one individual to another. Contact us with your request.

Seats at any of our live events can be cancelled at no charge up to 21 days before the event. Later cancellations or no shows are responsible to pay the entire fee. Seats may be transferred to a different participant up until the day prior to the event. Please contact us to make arrangements. InterAction Training’s liability is limited to the return of registration fees. We do not refund travel cost or accomodations.

Seats at any of our live webinars can be cancelled at no charge up to 3 days before the event.

Faulty Products

Where a product arrives faulty, InterAction Training Systems, Inc. and/or interaction-training.com will replace it with no charge for the extra postage and handling. Please call or e-mail for a replacement.
