Whether you are a training specialist, supervisor, or department manager, we will elevate the skills you need to be a successful trainer. You will learn from the nation’s top professionals on how to bring your credibility, confidence, and speaking skills to the next level.
How is This Different from Other Trainer Training?
Train the Trainer: Training Foundations uses a model that is easily implemented by your training department without neglecting the roles others play in the training process. The A-E Professional Development Model will empower trainers to reduce learner resistance, improve retention, make training interesting, involve management, and measure results.
