Mature markets see branches struggling to attract new business. Growth markets are flooded with branch banks and various competitors. The world of location, location, location is changing to redefining convenience for the customer. Remote deposit, what can you do for me in the call center and online are just a few of the demands from the customer. If you are ready to serve well and sell right it will mean you must have buy-in from the staff, and everyone needs to learn how to hustle. You must become proactive about hustling for new business and very intentional about hanging on to what you have. We will zero in on dos and don’t s along with what it takes to turn customers into raving fans and referral generators.
